EMBROIDERY
Machine embroidery is a process that uses an automated embroidery machine to create intricate patterns and designs on fabric. Machine embroidery utililasies advanced technology to produce detailed and precise designs quickly and efficiently. The process typically involves a computer that controls the embroidery machine, using digitised patterns that guide the needle to stitch the desired design onto the fabric, allowing for consistent, high-quality embroidery on a variety of materials.
VINYL TRANSFER
Heat transfer vinyl (HTV) is a versatile material used for creating custom designs on fabrics and other surfaces through the application of heat and pressure. HTV is typically cut into shapes, letters, or intricate designs using a cutting machine, and then applied to the surface of a fabric using a heat press creating a durable and vibrant design that can withstand washing and wear. HTV is popular in apparel production due to its ease of use, wide range of colors and finishes (such as matte, glossy, glitter, and metallic), and the ability to create professional-looking items quickly.
DTF TRANSFER
Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a cutting-edge printing technology used to create custom designs on a variety of fabrics and materials. Unlike traditional methods like screen printing or heat transfer vinyl (HTV), DTF printing involves printing the design directly onto a special film using a modified inkjet printer and specialized inks. After printing, the design is coated with a powder adhesive, which is then cured using heat. The film is placed onto the fabric, and with the application of heat and pressure, the design is transferred, resulting in a vibrant and durable print. DTF is particularly popular for its ability to produce high-quality, full-color images with fine details, and its flexibility in printing on both light and dark fabrics.
